Parisian bistro
The house offers the Christmas dinner kit, in versions priced at R$495 and R$610. The former includes items such as slices of salmon, golden shoulder with applesauce and mango chutney and chocolate mousse. The second kit includes dishes such as octopus carpaccio with mint vinaigrette and toast, lamb shoulder and chocolate mousse. Both kits serve two people. There are also separate dish options, such as duck confit with potatoes, vegetables and mushrooms (R$168).

Bosco
Inspired by Italian cuisine, he suggests the duo of burrata with honeycomb and grilled almonds (R$155) and the seafood sausage (R$190, 500 g) as starters. The supermarket chain offers five kits containing items to prepare dinner, with prices between R$119 and R$519. There are options for up to five people. Each package includes two kilos of roast Christmas bird, plus other assorted roasts and sides. The five-person kit includes 800g roast loin, cod pie, creamy rice with dried meat, cashew and celery farofa, potato salad with ham and chicken sausages. You can also order a side kit, which replaces the meat with items such as escondidinho ham.

Chef Tiago Fabri has launched a special catalog of 25 recipes. Long-cooked meats include lamb stinker, braised in red wine with vegetables, herbs and spices (R$120, 500 g), wagyu ossobuco, with meat broth, herbs and vegetables (R$150, 750 g) and termite Casquerado (R$180, 1 kg). To accompany, there are suggestions like the homemade farofa, which contains bacon, eggs, carrots, red onion and parsley (R$45 500 g) and potato mille-feuille (R$50 400 g). The restaurant serves a classic Italian trio with focaccia, Italian bread and grissini (R$78) and burrata with Parma ham, cherry tomatoes, arugula and pesto (R$90) as a starter. Main dishes include roast lamb shoulder (R$290 500 g) and boneless rib with potato gratin and roast (R$325 500 g). Pastas such as brie tortelli with truffled and roasted parmesan fonduta (R$235 500 g) and lamb lasagna with parmesan fonduta and roasted (R$245 500 g) can also be ordered.
