The exhibition É Pau, É Pedra…, dedicated to the art and trajectory of Sergio Camargo, occupies the Foyer of Sala Villa-Lobos, at the Teatro Nacional, bringing together works from different phases of the artist. Directed by Metropolises and on view until March 6, 2026, the free exhibition features one of the largest bodies of work by the famous sculptor ever exhibited in the country.

Upon entering the exhibition, the public is invited to immerse themselves in the production of Sergio Camargo, with works that explore prominent reliefs, volumes and structures. The exhibition covers rhythm, repetition and contrast, while revealing Camargo’s profound research into light, shadow and texture.

The É Pau, É Pedra… exhibition. runs until March 6 at the National Theater
Free, the exhibition broadens public access to the works of Sergio Camargo and reinforces the importance of the democratization of art. It also contributes to the occupation of cultural spaces in the Federal District, stimulating interest in art and Brazilian artistic production.
The exhibition remains on view until March 6 and invites visitors to discover art in a space recently invested by the energy and originality of the Metropoles Catwalk, an event that transformed the Federal District into the epicenter of Brazilian fashion, bringing together local talents and names from São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, as well as the models and designers who shape the national industry.
