This Wednesday (10/12), the public of Brasilia will not only receive a new exhibition on the artist Sergio Camargo, but also an audiovisual dive into his poetics. A documentary made by Metropolises opens the program, revealing the behind-the-scenes production, the historical relevance of the artist and the conceptual layers that run through his work.
The film functions as a gateway to understanding the power that guides the exhibition installed in the Foyer of the Villa-Lobos Room, of the emblematic Teatro Nacional Claudio Santoro. From this documentary perspective, visitors are led to revisit the evolution of shapes, reliefs and volumes which have marked Camargo’s trajectory over the decades.
