As a neighborhood we are waiting to verify the information we have received regarding the veracity of the Notice of Demolition Application for a property in the English Quarter, 100 Coronel Pringles Street, Temperley, with historic references, located in an area whose building characteristics must be preserved.
On December 7, 2025 we walked to the site to have a first look, we took photos of the outside and surroundings of the property.
We plan to visit again one of these days to see if there have been any changes.
We also ask for details to understand the origin of the monument warning.
On December 11, 2025, we confirmed on the NGO Fuenteovejuna website that the property would be demolished.
Neighbors of Lomas. Yet another silent maneuver against our historical heritage of Lomé.
For the good of the party and its people as a society, it would be necessary to demand the abolition of the district’s current demolition commission now!
Enough verses, they don’t make you feel good.
The Historical and Environmental Studies Committee protects and disseminates the heritage and memory of Lomense.

The Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA) has submitted a report on the company Real Central SRL, which is allegedly linked to the president of the Argentine Football Association (AFA), Claudio Tapia. It highlights growth in both assets and revenue from 2021, as well as the article’s banking movements in 2005, without details of the previous year.
There is also plenty of data on high-value properties and 59 luxury and classic cars, all of which can be registered.
The relevant question is: Have the AFIP and its successor ARCA investigated the origin of such increases and assets?

On January 26th of this year, Clarín published a letter from my author entitled “The country needs an industrial revolution”, since it was the model used by the countries that achieved development.
This enabled them to combat unemployment, export, generate foreign exchange and stimulate people’s consumption to satisfy their desire for a better way of life.
None of this is happening in our country, considering that industrial production has fallen for four months in a row, in October it fell by 2.9%, and there is also a worrying decline in construction, unemployment is rising and there is no sign of a short-term recovery.
There appears to be no lower limit for this pause and there is no sign that the government is trying to solve this problem, which favors imports and leads to a shortage of foreign exchange.
A review of industrial policy is needed that integrates the production of raw materials and agricultural products with manufacturing industries to create added value and new jobs.
