
São Paulo – After a historic campaign in the Brazilian Championship with Mirassol, Rafael Guanaes was voted best coach of the 2025 Brazilian Championship during the Bola de Prata, an event that rewards the best players in the tournament.
He led Leão Caipira to qualify for the group stage of the 2026 Libertadores, the first time the team participated in Série A. The club finished in fourth place, with 67 points.
