The Autopista Fernão Dias (BR-381/MG/SP) optimization auction attracted three bidders: Arteris, Motiva and EPR. The proposals were delivered this Monday (8).
The event is scheduled for this Thursday afternoon (11), at B3, the São Paulo Stock Exchange.
The component, currently managed by Arteris, is one of the “stressed contracts” currently being renegotiated.
This is another “simplified auction” conducted by the federal government. The model provides for the offer to the market of a concession contract previously agreed with a company – in this case Arteris. However, if another bidder offers a greater reduction on the rate, i.e. a better proposal, this contract could change hands.
The concession extends over 569 km and plans investments of 9.5 billion reais.
