According to a statement from the High Court of Justice of Extremadura (TSJEx) this Wednesday, the court pronounces the sentence against the men “considering them guilty of crimes of murder and theft with violence in an inhabited house”, and also “one of them is found guilty of the offenses of driving without a license and causing damage”.
In the case of the young woman, she is condemned “for the “crime of complicity in murder and theft with violence in an inhabited house”.

Convicted minors must compensate in turn “directly and jointly with the Junta de Extremadura» to relatives of the victim who are over 620,000 euros.
The sentence, which was notified to the parties this Wednesday, is not final and an appeal can be filed against it before the Provincial Court.
The events occurred on the night of March 9 in a protected apartment in the Guadiana urbanization in Badajoz, where the minors were kept, and the body was found by the police early the next day.
The public prosecutor’s office and the private prosecutor’s office accuse the two men of being the perpetrators of the incident and the young woman of being an accomplice.
