Last week, Suno Asset’s FII paid dividends of R$1.00 per share, for the 18th consecutive month, according to Data Com’s position, on December 15. Among them are some of the most liquid FIIs on the market, such as MXRF11, which closed this Monday up 0.10%, at R$9.55. KNCR11 advanced 0.11%, to R$9.12; and KNSC11 increased by 0.34%, to R$8.83. THE FII Index opened higher, but fell after about half an hour. The day’s minimum price was reached around 1 p.m., then the IFIX increased, but not enough to return to its previous level. To reach the symbolic bar of 3,800 points, the index will have to increase by 0.73%, a bar which has only been reached 10 times this year – including last Monday 22, when the increase was 0.75%.
