2W Ecobank, a company active in the sale and production of energy, said this Wednesday (17) that the São Paulo court approved its judicial recovery plan.
The sentence, pronounced by Judge Larissa Gaspar Tunala, of the 3rd Bankruptcy and Judicial Recovery Court of the Central District Court of São Paulo, approves the terms of restructuring the company’s debts.
During the legal recovery period, 2W Ecobank must respect all payment obligations provided for in the plan maturing within this period, regardless of any grace periods.
When it filed for receivership in April, the company said the process aimed to optimize its capital structure, improve operational efficiency and strengthen long-term value creation.
