How to prepare stuffed eggs, essential on the Christmas table
Ingredients:
- 4 hard-boiled eggs.
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
- 3 slices of cooked ham.
- 1 unit of spring onion.
- 1 teaspoon chili and another teaspoon thyme.
- 4 green olives.
Step by step:
- After the eggs are cooked and very cold, cut them in half and remove the yolks.
- Put the egg yolks in a bowl and add the mayonnaise. Mix until a paste forms.
- Add the chopped ham and the spring onions, previously thinly sliced. Remember that it should only be the white part of the vegetable.
