Suspects arrested in the murder of a hairdresser in Paraíba

The two suspects involved in the murder of hairdresser José Roberto Silveira, 59, who was found bound and gagged inside his home, in the city of Tavares, Paraíba, have been arrested. They will be sent to São Paulo to serve pretrial detention.

According to the Public Security Secretariat, they were identified through eyewitnesses and security camera photos during their escape. “They will soon be sent to the capital, São Paulo, to continue the work of the judicial police,” the ministry said.
