
Javier Milei He posted a short message on social networks thanking him for the two years since he took office as president.
He did this through a post in X together with a photo with his sister Karina from the day of December 10, 2023, when he assumed his mandate. “Thank you for these two years,” was the short message.
The postcard chosen is from the tour he took with the Acting Secretary-General to the President wearing the Presidential Sash after his swearing-in ceremony.
In addition to the anniversary message, this Wednesday La Libertad Avanza begins a new stage in Congress with the reformation of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate.
Starting today, the new composition will discuss in extraordinary meetings the draft budget for 2026, which the ruling party wants to adopt for the first time in two years.
During this period, two projects will also be discussed that the government considers relevant to its second tier of government: labor and tax reforms.

The Ministry for State Deregulation and Transformation, headed by Federico Rumpfenegger, also took stock with a contribution on the topic of networks.
“This wheelbarrow full of stones symbolizes the work of the Ministry of Deregulation and Transformation of the State that Milei entrusted to us and that we carried out with the entire government team,” were the opening words of the post.
The metaphor of stones is used to highlight some of the achievements, such as eliminating the “kiosks of corruption.”
“Look at this wheelbarrow: it is the work done, the effort to organize yourself, to look for the seemingly eternal obstacles in every drawer and every aisle and to move them out of the way,” the message says.

The Ministry of Economy, led by Luis Caputo, also published a statement on the government’s “milestones,” including “repairing public finances, stabilizing the macroeconomy and restoring growth to make Argentina great again.”
The “Log 2025” of the Ministry of Security, headed since the beginning of the Libertarian government by Patricia Bullrich and now in the hands of Alejandra Monteoliva, highlighted maintaining order on the streets and fighting organized crime as its main achievements.
Human Capital, led by Sandra Pettovello, emphasized promoting “development and protection measures for the most vulnerable sectors, improving the quality of education and strengthening families.”
