Bazar no Prosa will be next Saturday and will be the last event of the year for Prosa na Cozinha. The event will be a large gathering in the street to toast the year ending, taste food and even buy Christmas gifts.
– This will be Prosa’s last event of the year. It happened on the street, in front of our house, on a very beautiful street in Horto. The idea is a fun day, to also enjoy and make some purchases of alcoholic beverages to give as a Christmas gift – says Chef Manu Zappa.
Two wine importers, Peso da Régua and Oinos, will be present to sell glasses and bottles. There will also be a brewery, Japas Cervejaria Artesanal, with original creations:
-There will be a girls’ brewery, which is a really cool Japanese brewery, and they have onigiri beer. They are great.
People at Vieiras da Ilha with their famous high quality oysters and scallops straight from Ilha Grande. Food (pintxos and platters, with vegetarian options) will be prepared at Isca Bar, as well as a selection of handcrafted cheeses from Santovale, from Minas Gerais.
In addition to being able to drink wine and beer on site and take it home, people will be able to find innovative t-shirts with the Camisa Crítica crew and Brazilian design pieces at Canto do Design.
— We invited Eska to take over our kitchen, so they can have their food. There will also be a cheese stand, and there will also be a Al-Harja shirt, which is a very wonderful brand of shirts and bags.
