The Bloc calls for a “purge of responsibilities” from the PSdeG but does not confirm whether it will break with the Provincial Council

During her appearance after the meeting of spokespersons, the president of the BNG, Olalla Rodil, described the complaints against José Tomé as “very serious” and, although he did not reveal whether the nationalists would withdraw their support for the PSOE to the Provincial Council of Lugo – being … the Fundamental Support Bloc – demanded that the alleged harasser “immediately” abandon all political and organic responsibility within the party.

If he does not resign, Rodil urged the socialists to fire him, as well as to “thoroughly” investigate each case and “determine responsibilities.”
