The Caracara falcon is spotted in the Botanical Garden

This young caracara falcon (Caracara plancus) was spotted this Monday (8) on the branch of a mango tree in the arboretum of the Rio Botanical Garden. Still without fully formed plumage and in lighter tones and with the bill without the orange color characteristic of adults, the chick seems to have recently left the nest.
