A São Paulo court ordered Camarote Castelli, owned by actor Henri Castelli, to pay R$438,500 for improper use of a box in Morombes, his São Paulo home. Under the second-instance ruling issued on November 25, the artist concealed key information in the contract granting space exploration rights.

According to the Special Law Chamber No. 28 of the Court of Justice of São Paulo, Blitz Education was misled by paying R$300,000 for the use of the fund. According to the decision, the representative stated that there were no obstacles to the partial transfer of the space. But the contract signed with Sao Paulo prohibits the procedure without permission from the club. The tricolor confirmed the status.

Castelli signed a contract with Blitz where he gave a 40% stake in the fund. However, the document contained false information stating that there were no contractual impediments to employment.

The actor’s defense claims there was no harm, as Blitz participated in the negotiations and took the risks of the business. According to the lawyers, the agreement will not be a prohibited transfer, but rather an investment that requires the club’s approval. Sao Paulo declined to comment on the matter.
