In the project, the objective was to create a standardized repository of Group information, bringing together everything from sensitive data to operational flows. “We had different sectors of the Rio Branco Group that used different systems to save spreadsheets or even network files. With the creation of this corporate repository, our idea was to promote integration, transparency and efficiency in the processes carried out by the Group,” said the IT manager of the Rio Branco Group, Fábio Marotti.
SMR provided process designs and SaaS software delivery model, with Rio Branco Group’s complete processes. This product will enable data-driven decisions to be made, which will be accessible to everyone, thereby significantly contributing to the ongoing digital transformation process. The alignment of the system began in July and workshops were organized to present the solutions of this new tool to the Group’s professionals, starting in November, as well as the creation of a roadmap to facilitate its use.
“This is another project in which we were able to put into practice the experience of SMR and also highlight the importance of standardizing data for queries and gaining efficiency in processes. Process improvement is on the agenda in organizations and has already proven to be more than necessary,” reinforced Fernando Veroneze, CEO of SMR.
