Feliciano is to replace the current portfolio minister, Celso Sabino, who is expected to leave the government in the coming days. His departure came after Sabino was expelled from União Brasil.
The agenda in which Lula, Motta and Feliciano participated was the inauguration of a model of transposition of the São Francisco River, which will be located on the ground floor of the federal executive headquarters. Added to them were the Minister of Institutional Relations, Gleisi Hoffmann, and the former Minister of Communications Juscelino Filho.
