This decision follows a conviction for the offense of insulting his former press advisor, Roberta Nuñez. Ana Paula was also found guilty of threatening a professional, pending judgment on her appeal.
The influencer was found guilty of both crimes, but tried to reverse the decision by appealing, the one relating to the insult not having been accepted and the threat awaiting judgment.
According to the decision, the evidence presented in the case constitutes an insult, demonstrating the intention to attack Roberta’s honor in a direct and conscious manner.

Criminal record
With the final judgment, Ana Paula loses her status as main defendant, which means that she now has a criminal record and can no longer benefit from the primary regime in future criminal cases.
