The Music Hall of the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of Toledo hosted this Friday the I Symposium on premium lawl, an academic and scientific initiative organized by the Society for Heraldic and Genealogical Studies of Toledo (STEHG) and the History Zone … of Law from the University of Castile-La Mancha, with the collaboration of the Foundation of the Constantinian Order of Saint George.
The conference, which brought together recognized specialists in the fields of law, history and heraldrywas directed by José María San Román Cutanda and Francisco Javier Díaz Majano, with the academic secretary of Eugenio Serrano Rodríguez.
Throughout the day, various issues related to price law were addressed, from its historical foundations in the Roman world to its normative evolution and its integration into the current parliamentary monarchy, with presentations of Rafael de Satrústegui Caruncho, José Antonio Guillén Berrendero, José María San Román Cutanda and Fernando García-Mercadal García-Loygorri.
The event was represented by the Foundation of the Constantinian Order of Saint George, through its vice-auditor general, Amadeo-Martín Rey and Cabiesesas well as the institutional representation of the Faculty of Law, exercised by its academic secretary, Francisco Javier Diaz Majano.
The day ended with a delivery of institutional gifts and with the signature in the honor book of the Faculty by the representative of the Constantinian Order and the director of the Matritense Royal Academy of Heraldry and Genealogy, in a symbolic gesture that underlines the academic, institutional and collaborative character of the meeting.
The organization valued high scientific level of interventions and the interest aroused by a discipline still little discussed in academic forums, but of indisputable historical and legal relevance.
