The taxi ended up crashing down some stairs
At that moment, said the National Police, one of the travelers “very violently and without saying a word grabbed the victim by the neck while the other boys managed to steal the money collected in the taxi which was inside the metal purse installed in said vehicle.”
The attack caused the vehicle to collide with a nearby staircase, the authors fleeingcausing considerable damage. Moments before this robbery, they had tried to do the same thing in another taxi.
After becoming aware of the events that had occurred, a police investigation was opened, during which the officers were able to identify to the three alleged perpetrators. A police force was therefore deployed, succeeding in arresting two of them, then a third.
