- No one will be punished for distributing amendments, but deviations must be brought to the judiciary, says PF leader
According to Sóstenes, Ramagem does not, at least for the moment, intend to resign from his post, as Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) did, in a decision communicated this Sunday (14). “MP Ramagem has already filed his request for political asylum in the United States,” explained the leader, defending the postponement of the vote on the process.
After the Federal Court (STF) overturned the MPs’ decision to maintain Zambelli’s mandate, the vote on the Ramagem case was compromised. Motta’s allies are unsure whether the president would double down on his bet with the STF by putting the issue on the agenda. The board is expected to order the dismissal.
