The objective of the Guardian Plan is to achieve peaceful coexistence of young people, understood as a scenario in which young people can live and interact in a harmonious, respectful and violence-free manner, which must be considered one of the main objectives to be achieved by the various public administrations competent in this matter.
The Agent-Guardian program has in our city around thirty agents who received a specialized training for working with minors. This plan involves a series of coordinated measures and tasks that involve the different municipal services involved in the development of a local public policy which, from the point of view of prevention and information in the educational, family and social field, aims to contribute to improving the negative consequences of leisure and the conflicts that arise from it, making it possible and ensuring safer, healthier, more egalitarian, more civic and more tolerant entertainment for young people, allowing better coexistence between all.
