The sources consulted by ABC assure that its owner already has an agreement with an investor and an operator for both its construction and its operation. The Environmental Qualification Permit application is scheduled for June 2024 and all the while, other unique projects like the one next door have cropped up. Union Building and Phoenixwhich will also be used for tourist apartments. Here, the company Armavir Investment SL is the owner and promoter of this transformation into a two-key complex.
