The station will have a passenger building converted into a single plantwith a useful area of 453.50 square meters, adapted to the needs program defined by Adif according to expected demand.

The action also includes running two side platforms, one on each side of the prailway platformwith a length of 260 meters and a minimum width of five meters, equipped with illuminated canopies approximately 80 meters long. The two platforms will be connected by an underground passage under the tracks, equipped with stairs and elevators, which will guarantee comfortable, safe and accessible communication between them and with the passenger building. The project also includes the installation of perimeter enclosures at the station and on the platforms, as well as the replacement of the current enclosure of the railway platform along the entire length of the municipal car park.
Likewise, it is planned to replace the existing catenary poles with new gantries and cantilevered gantries in the area concerned by the platforms, the definition of a pedestrian access zone to the station which will integrate spaces for emergency vehicles, taxis, cycle paths, passenger drop-off areas and new mobility systems, as well as the creation of the necessary electricity, drinking water, sanitation and rainwater connections, connected to the corresponding public or private networks.
