The General Directorate of Traffic warned this Monday afternoon of delays of around five kilometers on the A-62 highway which passes through Tordesillas (Valladolid). In an hour and a half, the heavy traffic in this area meant that … three accidents, with a young man injured and treated by emergency services.
According to information from the DGT, consulted by Ep, at 7:00 p.m. there were 4.5 kilometers of congested traffic between kilometer points 154 and 149.5 of the A-62 towards Valladolid. The aftermath preceded it and showed that traffic jams and the rush to get home had already taken their toll, with up to three accidents in said section or nearby, according to the Castilla y León emergency service.
At 4:56 p.m., the first report was received, a two-car collision, with no injuries, at kilometer 143. Shortly after, at 5:38 p.m., another two-car collision occurred, at kilometer 145, but there were no injuries.
At 6:21 p.m., we received a notice of a collision between two cars and a van, at kilometer 150. Although initially there were no injuries, in this case the Civil Guard then requested help for a 21-year-old man, conscious, but suffering from chest and neck pain. An ambulance from Urgences Sanitaires-Sacyl came to pick him up.
