The town planning delegate, Juan de la Rosavalued these actions because “they allowed the recovery of a street which has been completely degraded over the years, without interventions for decades, and which already has top quality asphalt on its 3,200 m2, which are key passage between Avenida de la Palmera, Cardenal Ilundain and Reina Mercedes“.
