La Rinconada has taken a decisive step in its municipal housing plan with the call for tenders for the first 68 protected homesaimed preferably at young people and with a maximum price of 115,000 euros. The initiative is part of a much larger program … broader which provides for the construction of more than 250 housing units in the next three yearsas announced by the mayor, Javier Fernández.
“We will build more than 250 sheltered homes in the next three years. The first 68 have already been put out to tender and will be affordable, with easy entry and a price which will in no case exceed 115,000 euros. This is our model and we want to live up to what our young people are asking for,” declared the councilor through his social networks.
