The search is trying to find a Galician sailor, chief engineer of the region of O Morrazo (Pontevedra), who disappeared in New Zealand.
According to ‘Faro de Vigo’ and confirmed by Europa Press, he was traveling aboard the “Viking Bay”, … a longliner based in Vigo with 43.50 meters in length.
This vessel was definitively registered in 2001, according to the register of the Ministry of Fisheries.
His family has already been informed of the disappearance.
