The second section of the Toledo Provincial Court plans to judge this Tuesday 16 a man identified as JLR, accused of crimes against public health, for which the Public Prosecutor’s Office requests the sentence of four years and … six months in prison and payment of a fine of 2,167.48 euros.
According to the Prosecutor’s provisional conclusions, collected by Europa Press, the accused JLR, on July 7 and 11, 2022, near his home in Talavera, sold respectively 15 grams of hashish to a third party and 90 grams of the said substance to another person. Likewise, on July 13, around 8:33 p.m., he sold cocaine.
Around 7:30 p.m. On July 15, 2022, he was intercepted by National Police agents in the street, and after a superficial search, two pieces of hashish, a package containing a rocky substance and a scale were found in his backpack.
The accused voluntarily allowed officers to accompany him to his home where they found twelve pieces of hashish, a package containing a rock substance (crystal), an ecstasy pill which he possessed for supply to third parties. Likewise, 1,460 euros were found through the aforementioned illicit activity.
The above-mentioned substances, after appropriate analysis, were found to be and have the following values on the illegal market: 31.16 grams of cocaine, with a purity of 77.39% (1909.17 euros) 94.5 grams of cannabis resin, with a purity of 32.92% (601.02) euros 10.68 grams (601.02) and 1.73 grams of cannabis resin (11:00 a.m.) 0.26 grams of MDMA, with a purity of 73.29% (12.25 euros) 0.49 grams of MDMA, with a purity of 22.07% (23.08).
