
During a routine operation in country couriers’ warehouses, two dogs from the Canine Guide Group, Rocco and Lastra, discovered an unusual cargo hidden in a colorful wooden sculpture.
The discovery allowed uniformed officers to identify and seize more than 3,200 grams of cocaine. The shipment came from the city of Pasto and its final destination was Valladolid, Spain.

Captain Frank Rodríguez, commander of the Bogotá Metropolitan Police canine unit, was responsible for making the official statement about this seizure at the terminal.
