Goiania – More than 400 cars, including luxury models such as Porsche, Hilux, Land Rover and Camaro, will be available at the auction that will be held at the Goiás State Court of Justice (TJGO), between December 15 and 18. The cars are worth up to R$329,000, according to the notice.
The auction will be held online through the Caiapó Leilões website, and will be conducted through the State Commission for the Disposal of Seized Vehicles and Other Items. The lots contain cars, motorcycles, trucks, jet skis, and scrap metal.
According to the document, vehicles can be evaluated in person from December 8 to 12, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., with a prior appointment by phone. The notice also lists the full addresses of the visiting yards located in Goiânia, Hydrolandia and Chapadão do Sio and provides illustrations of the yards for prior consultation.
According to TJGO, purchase will be made after bid confirmation and payment must be made within 24 hours. Actual delivery of the vehicle occurs only after the trustee has been proven, and pickup must be scheduled and carried out within five days, as stated in the notice.
According to the agency, the amounts collected will be allocated according to what is determined by each judicial process. In cases of early disposition, the funds will be deposited in linked judicial accounts, in accordance with current legislation.

Old debts
According to the notice, the car will be sold with an exemption from IPVA, license and traffic violation fines related to the years prior to the auction, until the date of sale.
The document also indicates that all new debts, such as expenses arising from the transfer of ownership, compulsory insurance (DPVAT) for the year 2025, license fees for the year 2025, relative IPVA for the year 2025 (from the date of the auction) and other formalities necessary for settlement, will be borne by the buyer.
