Interviewed by the Federal Police (PF) this Tuesday (12/30), the owner of Master, Daniel Vorcaro, and the former president of the BRB Paulo Henrique Costa reportedly learned contradictory information.
Testimonies have been collected at the STF headquarters since 2 p.m. Daniel Vorcaro was the first to arrive, after landing at Brasilia airport on Tuesday morning (30/12). He was also the first to make a statement.
Vorcaro spoke for nearly three hours while Paulo Henrique Costa and Central Bank Inspection Director Ailton Aquino waited. Around 5:30 p.m. the testimony of the former BRB president began, which ended about two hours later. The PF then began to listen to the director of BC.
The hearings are led by delegate Janaína Palazzo, of the Federal Police (PF). A deputy judge from Toffoli’s team, rapporteur of the case at the STF, follows the testimonies.
It is expected that after completing the interrogations, the PF will assess the need for a confrontation, a procedure which could be carried out at this stage to compare the versions presented during the testimonies.
