Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked beans
- 1 small onion cut into cubes
- 100g bacon cut into cubes
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup chopped green chili peppers (celery optional)
- 1 piece of Calabrian sausage, cut into slices
- Raw cassava flour
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Corn or soybean oil
Preparation method
- In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of oil and fry the bacon until it begins to brown.
- Add the pepperoni sausage and let it brown slightly.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft and fragrant.
- Add the cooked beans, mix well and season with salt, black pepper and oregano.
- Add the green flavor and gradually add the cassava flour, stirring constantly until you achieve the desired consistency.
- Serve immediately, accompanied by white rice and meat of your choice.
