Here’s how to prepare:
Ingredients
- 3 chopsticks
- ½ can of condensed milk (390 g)
- 2 eggs
- 1 and a half cups of milk (360 ml)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Cinnamon powder to taste
Preparation method
- Cut the baguettes into medium-sized slices and arrange them on greased baking sheets.
- In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, eggs, milk and vanilla until smooth.
- Moisten each slice with a ladleful of the mixture, leaving a little liquid at the bottom, without completely covering the bread.
- Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle over the slices.
- Bake in an air fryer oven at 150°C for around 18 minutes or in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve hot, with a soft interior and a slightly crispy crust.
