According to investigators’ reconstruction, the victim had previously withdrawn money from a private bank in the area of 44th and 23rd Streets. After the incident, a search was carried out in the area to find the two suspects who managed to escape, but the operation yielded negative results. The case was classified as an attempted “aggravated robbery under the bank withdrawal modality” and the UFI No. 2 and the Surety Court of the Judicial Department of La Plata intervened.
