Roberto Carlos had a big scare during the recording of a special end-of-year program on TV Globo, in Gramado, Serra Gaúcha. The singer had to be taken to hospital in the early hours of Sunday (12/14) after being involved in an accident with the car he was driving at the filming location.
According to reports, Roberto was driving a 1960 Cadillac when the vehicle experienced a brake system failure while going up a steep hill. Due to a mechanical problem, the car ended up rolling backwards, colliding with three other team vehicles and then hitting a tree.

TV Globo reported that the artist and three others were taken to hospital for medical evaluation. They were all tested and released shortly after.
