Simone Mendes had a poor childhood and grew up in a terracotta house. With the success of the duet with her sister Simaria, the singer completely changed her standard of living. Today, she owns several properties in Brazil and the United States, which she makes available for rental.
Currently, Simone, her husband, Kaká Diniz, and their children, Henry and Zaya, live in a mansion located in Alphaville, an upscale neighborhood in Barueri, popular with celebrities. The house project, designed by architect Alexandre Milhomem, mixes luxury, classic and emotional.
With two pilasters and a huge front door, the facade of Simone’s house is distinguished by its neoclassical style. The entrance garden is adorned with palm trees and lion sculptures which create an imposing style.
For the living room, Simone chose a backlit stone panel, which covers the entire wall. With a neutral and light color palette, the space gains a classic touch with furniture full of golden details.
The room takes on an affectionate character with a wall filled with artwork that tells Simone’s difficult story. One of the paintings shows a mother washing clothes in the river alongside three children, a reality from the singer’s childhood with her brothers. The space also features embroidered artwork by the artists’ grandmother.
The dining area includes a rectangular glass table that seats up to 10 people. Two large chandeliers complete the decoration of the common areas.
