Singer Vanessa da Mata performs for free at the 36th São Paulo Biennale this Saturday (27). Additionally, exhibitions on electronic games and the artist Joaquín Torres García are free tour options in the city.

Game+: Art, Culture and Community
The exhibition offers a journey through the world of electronic games. Spread over three floors, 51 games – including eight Brazilian –, 25 consoles and other objects highlight the creative production of different eras and media. There are games that move the body and others that can be played on screens located in the exhibition or on the cell phone itself.

Joaquin Torres Garcia – 150 years
The exhibition presents 500 objects, including paintings, unpublished manuscripts, models, drawings and wooden toys produced by the Uruguayan artist’s family. The exhibition deepens the idea of constructive universalism, the work that structures plastic space on the basis of the golden ratio, and presents pieces that come out, for the first time, from the technical reserves of the Uruguayan museum.

The singer is celebrating the end of 2025 with a show at the 36th São Paulo Biennale. The presentation is part of the “Todas Elas” tour and brings together pieces from the recently released album of the same name. The repertoire also includes renditions of “O Mio Babbino Caro,” by Italy’s Puccini, and “Nada Mais,” Ronaldo Bastos’ version of Stevie Wonder’s “Lately.”

Gal – the musical
The piece follows the trajectory of Gal Costa, from his childhood, through his consecration as an artist, to the adoption of his son. It also deals with the singer’s relationship with her mother and her friends, such as Gilberto Gil, Maria Bethânia, Tom Zé and Caetano Veloso. Songs such as “Brasil”, “Vapor Barato”, “Baby”, “Força Estranha” and “Balancê” are part of the narrative.

Nomad Festival 2026
There will be performances by piseiro singer João Gomes, of “Aquelas Peças” and “Meu Pedaço de Pecado”, and by samba singer Jorge Aragão, of the hits “Eu e Você Semper” and “Identidade”. Other attractions include Gaby Amarantos, Urias, Marcelo D2, Carol Biazin, Jota.Pê and Chico Chico.

Pet store boys
The British duo formed by Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe present the show “Dreamworld: The Greatest Hits Live”. Launched in 2022, the tour was already in São Paulo, in 2023, as part of the Primavera Sound festival program. The project’s repertoire includes hits such as “It’s a Sin”, “Domino Dancing” and “Always on My Mind”.

One of them is “Carnival Work”, which brings together more than 200 works by 70 Brazilian artists and depicts both the collective work and the festive spirit promoted at Carnival.
