
Users of telecommunications operators Alive, of course And T.I.M. complained this Wednesday afternoon (10) of problems with their telephone signal and their fixed and mobile internet networks.
According to DownDetector, which monitors these types of complaints, the instability of Vivo’s operations began to grow throughout the day, starting at 7 a.m., and reached a peak around 2:30 p.m., with 146 notifications.
In the case of Claro, complaints follow the same upward trend, with a peak of 105 notifications around 3:30 p.m.
The increase in TIM complaints strengthened after 10 a.m., reaching 101 complaints at 3 p.m., according to DownDetector.
Asked by ValueVivo informed that it is investigating possible internal issues. TIM and Claro did not provide comment until publication of this article.
