A change in the operational core of the group

▪ It was incorporated to support internal efficiency processes
▪ Their training is linked to editorial production and graphic management
In recent months, the position has been conditioned by the integration of a new manager: José Manuel Gascón, signed as general director of technology and transformation. At the time, it was noted that his arrival was intended to allow Gil to “focus on optimizing the operating model”. Today, the landscape is changing and the neighborhood remains vacant while reorganization progresses.
Restructuring which impacts around 20 employees
The adjustment is not limited to just departures from the first level of management, who held extensive power in the company. Several members of the purchasing team also received a letter informing them that they will not be able to carry out any company operations during the investigation.
This move directly affects the group’s logistics apparatus and coincides with other recent changes within management.
An operation that refers to previous modifications
Three months ago, Vocento had already undertaken a replacement of internal profiles. Among those who later abandoned their active positions were Joaquín Valencia Von Korff, Ana Belén Andrés Martínez, Lorena Rodríguez Barreal, Esther María González, Juan Antonio Jiménez Morcillo and Begoña Arias Antolín.
At the same time, the company integrated new representatives: Paloma Martínez Vila and, later, Manuel Mirat Santiago, Íñigo Martín Navas, Juan Pedro Díaz Armendáriz and Ignacio Caballero Badiola.
The current movement amplifies this previous process and affects direct operations, with a focus on internal structure, industrial costs and organizational repositioning within the group.
