Vôlei Renata took the lead in the 2025/26 Men’s Volleyball Superliga by beating Juiz de Fora, Friday evening (12/12), at the Taquaral gymnasium, in Campinas, by 3 sets to 1 – shares of 25-14, 23-25, 25-18, 25-23. The result guarantees first place in the round and first place in the Copa Brasil qualifiers – a competition that brings together the top eight teams in the Superliga round.

Vôlei Renata is now focusing on the Club World Cup, which will take place from December 16 to 21 in Belém (PA). The debut of coach Horácio Dileo’s team will take place against the Polish Zawiercie on Tuesday (16/12), at 8:30 p.m. Juiz de Fora will only play again on January 9 next year, opening the return of the Superliga, against Sada Cruzeiro, at 6:30 p.m., at the municipal gymnasium of Juiz de Fora.
