Beyond the firefighters’ calendars, in which the bodies represented are, to say the least, museum sculptures, the inhabitants of this district of Avila posed naked. showing their “rubble bodies”.

“We did it to raise money for city activities and to make everyone feel comfortable and have a good time. Since We have few resources from the administrations, it is up to us to earn our living“, underlined another of the people photographed.
