The leader of the PT in the Chamber of Deputies, Lindbergh Farias (PT-RJ), declared this Tuesday (12/9) that he was “surprised” by the announcement of the inclusion of PL Dosimetry on the agenda of the plenary.
“The fact is that we were surprised by the vote on this subject, in this way. What happened was that Flávio (Bolsonaro) announced his candidacy and then declared that he had a price. And now they are making a scene (…). This decision puts this Assembly in the embrace of the putschists, making it a specific law, in the case of Bolsonaro. Scandalous,” Lindbergh told reporters.
The President of the Chamber decided to guide the project, reported MP Paulinho da Força (Solidarity), after a meeting with the leaders of the Chamber.
Paulinho’s project, the latest notice of which was published a few minutes ago, provides benefits for those convicted of the January 8 coups, including former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL).

Motta decides to vote today on a project that could reduce Bolsonaro’s sentence
Bolsonaro was sentenced by the Federal Supreme Court to 27 years in prison for leading a coup and is serving his sentence at the federal police superintendence in Brasilia.
With his arrest, Bolsonaro named his son Flávio Bolsonaro, current senator, to succeed him. However, Flávio’s candidacy does not gain consensus among the clan’s allies and, shortly after the announcement, Flávio declared that his candidacy would have a “price”, indicating an agreement with the dosimetry project, with the aim of amnesting those convicted of January 8.
