Miami (USA), December 12 (EFE). – This week’s musical premieres come from Danny Ocean, Monsieur Periné, María Becerra, Grupo Frontera, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso and Fariana, with singles and albums celebrating Caribbean holidays, urban rhythms and even 2025 Nobel Peace Prize winner, Venezuelan opponent María Corina Machado.
Venezuelan singer-songwriter Danny Ocean introduced his new mix “Alma Llanera/Venezuela Live from Nobel Peace Prize 2025,” a version of his country’s folklore classics that combines Alma Llanera and Venezuela.
The release follows her presentation this week at the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize ceremony, awarded to opposition leader María Corina Machado, where she performed these songs in an intimate format, highlighting the voice and melancholic nuances associated with Venezuela’s cultural identity.
The Argentine singer María Becerra, together with the Puerto Rican Jay Wheeler, presents her new song “Romántica”, included in her album “QUIMERA”.
The song is a salsa that combines classic elements of the genre with modern touches and was recorded in Miami with musicians who have worked with Marc Anthony and Tony Succar.
The aim of the production was to reflect the Puerto Rican essence of the genre, with the artists involved in the composition of the lyrics and in the interpretation.
Monsieur Periné and Piso 21 released the acoustic version of “Grande (5020 RCRDS Sessions)”, in which the song is presented with an intimate arrangement focusing on the voices of Catalina García and Santiago Prieto and the harmonies of Piso 21.
The song maintains its narrative of self-love, resilience and healing and in this part the instrumentation is stripped down to guitars and vocal harmonies that highlight the song’s central message.
Argentinian duo CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, winners of five Latin Grammy Awards, will release “TOP OF THE HILLS” on December 19th, including “GIMME MORE,” which combines urban pop, electronica and rock.
The album mixes electronic percussion, synthesizers and guitars with jazz and alternative pop influences and alternates between dance rhythms and more introspective passages. Includes collaborations on “Beto’s Horns (fred remix)” and “Beto’s Horns (Ezra Collective remix)”, again with Fred… and the group Ezra Collective, partly recorded live in Twitch sessions and with final vocals in Paris.
Grupo Frontera, together with Mexican group Calle 24, presents their new single “Beses Así”, which combines the sounds of regional Mexico with an interpretation that focuses on the love that remains even after the end of history.
The Latin Grammy winner is preparing for his international tour through Europe, Central America, Mexico and Latin America.
Colombian reggaeton artist DFZM presents “Ponte”, co-produced by Keityn, LEXVZ, Filly Lima, Nup, Primo and Ciey and mastered by Primo, available on all digital platforms.
The song “is pure Perreo with intention”, combining urban rhythms with a direct interpretation in which DFZM addresses its listener with clear phrases and a pronounced cadence, accompanied by the energy of the producers involved in the track.
The Colombian artist Fariana released her new album “Música para baile” with 10 songs that return to the rhythms that characterized her beginnings, with a base of merengue house and fusions linked to the sounds of her childhood. The album follows the success of his single “No te borro”.
The artist explores different aspects of merengue and incorporates songs such as “Tal para qué”, “Tuya”, “Peligrosa”, “Malcriaa”, “Son mis niños”, “Barbie”, “La Temperature” and “Bebiembre”, all produced by Gangsta. The album also contains “Me muevo”, one of his most famous songs in the Colombian scene. EFE
