In July, according to Brunna, her weight was 66 kg, with 33% fat. According to her, “I have never had so much fat in my life”. The reduction happened little by little, through a process involving a lot of dieting. “I hardly trained anything, but the diet was solid. Then I had surgery. I weighed 57 kg (before the operation). After the operation, I went to 55 kg a month after my operation,” she said.
The diet she followed was able, in 13 days, to give surprising results, according to her. “In 13 days I went from 55 kg to 53 kg and from 33% fat to 21%. Do you have any idea what that is? It takes a lot of dedication, a lot of cardio. It’s not impossible,” Brunna said, showing the test results.
