Among the most well-known surgeries are silicone breast implants, with implants measuring around a liter in each breast, exchanged over time. According to Andressa, these changes are part of different phases of her public life, a period in which she also performed liposuction in different areas of the body, in addition to cosmetic interventions on the buttocks, legs and calves, totaling a volume of interventions which, as she herself reports, has already exceeded the mark of 30 interventions.

Another procedure widely associated with her before and after was rib ablation, a rare surgical procedure with a high aesthetic impact, carried out with the aim of slimming the waistline. Speaking about the aesthetic decisions she has made throughout her life, Andressa affirms that she has never hidden the interventions she has made and that she has always responded directly to judgments, emphasizing that, for her, “there is no ugly woman, there is a woman without money”, an expression she often uses to comment on aesthetic pressure and inequality of access to procedures.

In 2025, a new transformation is at the center of discussions regarding its aesthetic history: the permanent change in eye color. Andressa performed the procedure known as keratopigmentation, carried out outside Brazil, a technique considered invasive and uncommon, which generated wide repercussions on social networks and in the press. The technique, which permanently modifies the pigmentation of the cornea, was treated by the model herself as another conscious decision in a history marked by interventions with great visual impact, becoming one of the most talked about episodes of her before and after this year.

In addition to changing her eye color, Andressa also confirmed the completion of facial toning with fillers, lips and intimate toning, further expanding the list of reported aesthetic transformations. Commenting on this set of changes, she revealed that she no longer kept track of the exact number of procedures performed over time.

In addition to cosmetic surgeries, Andressa underwent a series of corrective procedures after serious complications caused by the application of substances such as hydrogel and PMMA, which required several surgical interventions to contain infections and remove part of the material. Regarding this period, the content creator stressed that all decisions were made publicly and that she never tried to hide this phase of her life.
