The value was also mentioned by a journalist from Metropoles, who highlighted the price as compatible with properties of this profile on New Year’s Eve.

Despite the isolation measures, certain files ended up becoming public. The images published by Fábia Oliveira’s column show Shawn Mendes running alone along Marceneiro beach, in Passo de Camaragibe, a municipality near São Miguel dos Milagres. The singer appears at a time of little movement, without the presence of security guards or chaperones, reinforcing the attempt to maintain a discreet routine outside the residence.
