Cruz says life is a long-distance race. “It’s a marathon. There is a thing called personal growth. You can be happy with your job, your family… but why do we come here? consume natural resources and that’s it? I think that It’s about improving, learning and doing things well.. “You know you will leave a legacy and that can only be achieved through work,” he reflects.
The head of ABaC says he is very calm because he knows he did things “correctly”, but he knows that on several occasions he made a mistake. “I gained confidence because with mistakes, we learn incredible.
