Paloma San Basilio, one of the most emblematic voices of music and theater in Spain, continues in 2026 her new and highly anticipated theatrical show “Dulcinea”, which she will combine with his big international farewell tourentitled “Thank you”, which will take place on the 12th … April in Miami, United States, as the end point of their concerts.
“Dulcinea” is a theatrical show inspired by the world of Don Quixote de la Mancha that can be seen on stages across the region, such as at the Palenque Theater in Talavera de la Reinaa production which puts the voice and gaze of the legendary Dulcinea at the center.
The work, with the text and direction of Juan Carlos Rubio and with the music on stage accompanied on the piano by Julio Awad, offers a contemporary reflection on literary myth from an intimate and personal perspective, where the artist not only sings but performs with great dramatic depth.

Paloma San Basilio will not be the only star of the national scene to take to the stages of the Talavera theaters in the coming months, Ana Duato will arrive in Palenque with ‘La Música’, Carmen Morales with ‘Dear Aghata Christie’, Juan Échanove and Joaquín Climent with “Esencia”, the Monaguillo with a comic show, “Pijama para seis”, with the presence of Jesús Cisneros and Gabino Diegoin addition to the show ‘Gegant’, with Josep Maria Pou as protagonist.
Likewise, as Talavera’s cultural advisor, Enrique Etayo, argued a few days ago, the programming has classics like the zarzuela ‘La Revoltosa’the KPOP Warriors or ‘La Gran Aventura del Pollo Pepe’, for children, a new edition of The Magic of the Voice, and the Beatles musical by Symphonic Fantasy.
